EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

We make our best to satisfy each of our customers by producing quality shoes. However, we understand that you may change your mind, which is why SEKO accepts returns and exchanges of any item within 7 days of delivery.

SEKO has the right to refuse any return after the 7 day period.

Exchanged or returned pairs must not be worn and must be in the condition of sale.

PAYMENT :

Payment is made on delivery or by Orange money on +225 07 48 54 36 77.

DELIVERY TIME :

1. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 11 am to 4 pm and Saturday 9 am to noon.

2. Deliveries take place the day after the order confirmation. The deadline for placing an order is: the day before the delivery day, until 23:59 GMT. *

3. The delivery person will call you to take your position before making the delivery. If by 5:00 p.m. you have not received your package, please write to us or call us on +225 07 49 31 06 96.

PICK-UP IN STORE:

All orders that have not been delivered on the day of delivery will be available in store the next day for pickup.

SHIPPING COST :

The delivery costs are 1000 FCFA for the areas of Cocody / Angré, 1500 FCFA for Abobo and Yopougon and 2000 FCFA for Bingerville. We do not deliver to Bassam.

* Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered on Monday.
