EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
We do our best to satisfy each of our customers by maintaining quality shoes. However, we understand that you may change your mind, which is why SEKO accepts returns and exchanges of any item within 7 days of delivery.
SEKO HAS the right to refuse any return after the 7 day period.
Pairs exchanged or returned must not be worn and must be in the condition of sale.
** The delivery costs for exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer and are identical to the delivery costs made below. **
PICK-UP IN STORE:
All orders that have not been delivered on the day of delivery will be in store the next day for pickup.
